Great Mark Western started four years ago with a specific result in mind: bringing consistently tender and flavorful beef to the plate.  GMW is built on a deep heritage of nearly three decades of expertise in the food service industry, the experience of veteran cattle ranchers and the traceable linage of the Angus beef cattle behind its brand. Our herds are handpicked with specific characteristics for tenderness, marbling and rib eye during procurement. According to our curators, great genes start the process, but maintaining cattle with proper care, a nutrient-rich diet and harvesting at an optimal age guarantees flavor and tenderness.
